Any voter can apply to vote by mail. Follow these steps to receive and return your mail ballot package.

Steps to vote by mail

1. Print and complete the application form to vote by mail. This form will be available soon.

The application form is also available for pick up at the Election Office, located at West Vancouver Municipal Hall, 750 17th Street.

2. Email, mail, or deliver your completed application form to the attention of the Chief Election Officer at the District of West Vancouver Election Office:

    750 17th Street
    West Vancouver BC V7V 3T3

Applications must be received by September 28, 2026. After this deadline, you may arrange to pick up a mail ballot package from the Election Office. 

3. If your application is complete, a mail ballot package will be mailed to you.

4. Return your completed ballot and documents to the Chief Election Officer before the close of voting at 8 p.m. on Saturday, October 17, 2026.
